ServicesAnalytics & reporting
Marketing analytics and reporting you can make decisions from
Clean measurement so every dollar of spend is attributable — and so the monthly review is a decision, not a slideshow.
Most marketing reports describe what happened and stop there. We build the measurement underneath so that you can tell what caused it, and what to do next.
That starts with tracking set up properly: events, conversions and funnels recorded accurately, tagged links so each source is identified, and a dashboard your whole team looks at and trusts.
Who this suits
- Businesses spending on marketing without a clear view of which channel earns its place.
- Teams tired of reports full of impressions and followers that no one can act on.
- Anyone who has had conflicting numbers from different tools and wants one agreed version.
How we judge it
Good measurement is judged by whether it changes decisions. A monthly insight memo says what changed, why we think it changed, how confident we are, and what we will do differently. We are open about the limits of attribution: no tool sees everything, so we combine tracked links, asking customers where they heard about you, and comparisons over time.
How it starts
Engagements normally begin with a paid audit: a written assessment of what you have and what is holding it back, which you keep whether or not you continue. Work after that is scoped and agreed in writing first. You can read the full process on our how we work page; the details of billing, refunds and ending an engagement are set out in our payment and refund policy and cancellation policy.

Questions
Common questions about analytics & reporting
What will I see in the monthly report?
A one-page view that leads with the outcome your business tracks, followed by the steps that explain it, what we did, what we are changing, and the diagnostic numbers labelled as context.
Can you fix tracking that is already broken?
Yes. We start by auditing what is recorded today, find what is missing or double-counted, and correct it before building anything on top.
Do you track people across the web?
We prefer privacy-respecting measurement. Where we can count visits and conversions without identifying individuals, we do, and we tell you exactly what is collected so your privacy policy stays accurate.
Can I see the numbers myself?
Yes. You get access to the live dashboard, so the report never becomes the only way to see your own results.
