How we work
How a marketing engagement with us actually runs
Four steps, an audit first, reporting that leads with revenue, and terms you can read before you sign anything.
We work with US-based celebrities, influencers and entrepreneurs, and only them. That focus shapes everything below: the work is built around how personal brands grow, and every engagement follows the same path so you always know where you are in it.
- 01
Audit
We pull apart what exists today — channels, spend, creative, analytics, search footprint — and write down what is actually broken.
- 02
Strategy
A written plan with channel mix, budget allocation, creative direction and the numbers we are holding ourselves to.
- 03
Build
Creative production, account restructure, site and tracking work. This is where most of the first 30 days go.
- 04
Run & compound
Weekly optimisation, monthly reviews, quarterly strategy resets. We report on pipeline, not impressions.
Reporting
The number at the top is the one you already track.
Every monthly report leads with the outcome your business measures: enquiries, bookings, sign-ups or sales. The steps that explain it come next, then what we did, what we are changing, and, last and clearly labelled, reach and follower numbers as context. If the headline number does not move, the report says so and says what changes next month.
More on how we think about this in what belongs at the top of a social media report.
Terms
Clear before you sign.
Engagements normally begin with a paid audit: a written assessment you keep whether or not you continue. After that, work is scoped and agreed in writing, retainers are billed monthly in advance, and media spend is paid by you directly to the platform, never marked up by us. You own every account.
The details are in our payment and refund policy and cancellation policy.
What we won't do
Our refusals, and why.
A short list of things we say no to, because the alternative costs our clients more than it earns us.
No long lock-ins
Rolling monthly after the first quarter. If the work stops earning the retainer, leave.
No outsourced juniors
Strategy, media buying, design and content all sit in-house. You meet everyone who touches the account.
No vanity metrics
Reach and impressions are diagnostics. They never lead a report.
No forty-slide decks
A dashboard you can open any day, and a one-page memo once a month.
No scope surprises
Deliverables are written down and countable before a dollar is spent.
Questions
Practical questions about working together
How do you charge?
Monthly retainers scoped to the work, or project fees for one-off builds like a website or brand identity. Media spend is billed separately and paid directly by you to the platform, so we never mark it up.
How quickly will we see results?
Paid channels can move inside a month; search and organic social take a quarter before the numbers mean anything. Anyone promising faster on organic is guessing. We will tell you which of your channels is the slow one before you sign.
What do you need from us?
Analytics and ad account access, one decision-maker who can approve creative, and roughly an hour a fortnight. Engagements stall on approvals far more often than on strategy.
You are in India. How does that work for a US client?
The team sits in Indore, and we hold a daily overlap with US business hours — mornings Pacific, early afternoons Eastern — for calls and approvals. Everything else runs asynchronously against a written scope, so nothing waits on a time zone. Publishing, ad checks and community replies are covered every day regardless of where you are.
See what we do in detail on our services pages, or read the guides.
Taking on new clients
Tell us what growth is supposed to look like this year.
Send over your current numbers and targets. We'll come back with an honest read on what's achievable, which channels we'd start with, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
