You may read this site, and share links to it, freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited or automated submissions.

The enquiry form is for genuine enquiries. We rate-limit it and may decline submissions that appear automated.

Descriptions of services, deliverables and ways of working are provided to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not a contractual offer and do not guarantee any particular result.

Nothing on this site is a promise of specific marketing outcomes. Where we describe past work, we do so subject to client permission, and any figures shown are historical rather than a forecast of what your business will achieve.

Commercial terms — how we charge, when invoices fall due, notice periods and the basis on which fees are refunded — are set out in our payment and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

The design, copy, logo and code of this website belong to us. Please do not reproduce them as your own.

Work we produce for a client is different: on full payment of the fees due for it, ownership of the final deliverables passes to the client. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, frameworks and know-how, and of anything not paid for.

Unless a client asks us not to, we may describe work we have done for them in our portfolio.

This site links to third-party platforms, and our services involve platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google. We do not control those platforms, their policies, their pricing or their decisions about accounts and advertising, and we are not responsible for them.

This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising from client work is governed by the signed agreement for that work.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
