What we collect, which is very little.

For any question or complaint about personal data, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you submit the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide them — your company, an indicative budget range, the services you are interested in, and your message. A copy of each enquiry is also kept on a private page on our own server for 30 days and then deleted automatically; the email copy stays in our inbox.

Our server holds the IP address of a request in memory to rate-limit our forms against spam. Separately, to detect abuse, it writes security events — such as failed sign-in attempts, rejected or rate-limited requests and errors — to a private log on our own server, together with the IP address and browser type. Ordinary page visits are not written to that log, it never contains passwords or payment details, and it is not shared with anyone.

If you make a payment through our payment page, we receive your name, email address, an optional company name, what the payment is for, the amount, and the payment reference from our payment processor. We use these to issue your invoice. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code — those are entered into the payment processor's own secure window and go straight to them.

To count visits, our own server records which page was viewed, the website that sent you (its address only, not the full link), any campaign tag in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and a short code made from your IP address and browser type mixed with the date and a secret value. That code changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address or linked from one day to the next, so it lets us count how many different people visited without knowing who they are. We do not store your IP address in these records, and visits from known search-engine crawlers and automated tools are left out. These records stay on our own server and are not sent to anyone else.

Apart from this and the payment page described below, the site runs no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics and no third-party script. Images are served from our own domain rather than an external image host, so simply reading this site does not report your visit to anyone else.

Links to our social profiles are ordinary links. Nothing is requested from those platforms unless you click through, at which point their own policies apply.

We use enquiry details for exactly one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work. We use payment details to take your payment, issue your invoice and keep the financial records the law requires. We use anonymous visit counts to understand which pages people read and whether the site is doing its job. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquiries or payers to a marketing list without asking you first.

The basis for processing is the consent you give by submitting the form, the necessity of performing our contract with you when you pay or an engagement follows, and our legal obligation to keep accounting and tax records. For the anonymous visit counts, the basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site; those counts do not identify you.

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us. Resend also delivers your payment invoice to you, and a payment notification to us.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, your card or other payment details are entered into Razorpay's window and handled by them under their own privacy policy. They tell us whether the payment succeeded and give us the payer details listed above. Our site keeps no payment database; the payment record itself is held by Razorpay and in our email. Our private admin page reads the payment list live from Razorpay and does not store it.

The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes requests and may keep short-lived operational logs.

That is the complete list. We do not share enquiry or payment data with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

This site itself does not set cookies or use local storage to identify or track you, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner. The only cookie we ever set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff admin page; visitors never receive it.

The one exception is the payment window. It is provided by Razorpay and loads only when you choose to pay; Razorpay may set cookies or use storage in that window, for payment security and fraud prevention, under its own policy.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as is useful to follow up, and deleted on request; the private on-server copy is deleted automatically after 30 days. Invoices, payment records and records relating to an actual engagement are retained for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records, and cannot be erased earlier than that.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, ask for it to be erased, and withdraw consent you have given.

Write to [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.

If what we collect changes — for example if a third-party tool is added to the site — this page is updated in the same change, and the date below it moves.
