If you submit the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide them — your company, an indicative budget range, the services you are interested in, and your message.

Our server briefly holds the IP address of a request in memory to rate-limit the form against spam. It is not written to a database and does not persist beyond a short window.

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no third-party script of any kind. Images are served from our own domain rather than an external image host, so simply reading this site does not report your visit to anyone else.

Links to our social profiles are ordinary links. Nothing is requested from those platforms unless you click through, at which point their own policies apply.

We use enquiry details for exactly one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquiries to a marketing list without asking you first.

The basis for processing is the consent you give by submitting the form, and, where an engagement follows, the necessity of performing our contract with you.

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us.

The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes requests and may keep short-lived operational logs.

That is the complete list. We do not share enquiry data with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as is useful to follow up, and deleted on request. Records relating to an actual engagement are retained for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, ask for it to be erased, and withdraw consent you have given.
